Built in a Small Town.

Nationwide Impact.

" I can think of only a handful of people and/or services that I can UNCONDITIONALLY recommend. Beth Lewis is the first on that list! "

For over ten years . . .

Beth Lewis has been tutoring and mentoring students, ranging from middle school to high school. As a mother of three now college-age and older children, Beth has lived through the pressures and anxieties inevitably associated with high school and the college application process. As a result, Beth prides herself on making a personal connection with all of her students. She believes building a relationship is key to alleviating doubts, augmenting confidence, and achieving success. While Beth enjoys working with her students' parents, she is extremely insistent that - when appropriate - the student owns the process - whether it is writing work, SAT/ACT preparation, or college essay/application assistance, Beth wants her students to self advocate and to take pride in the success that follows.

Beth Lewis is a 1989 graduate of the University of Maryland with degrees in English, History, and Political Science and was formerly an environmental lobbyist/public relations specialist on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. While raising her children, Beth has helped to secure several grants, including grants for homes for abused children, autistic parks, and special needs facilities. Beth has also been on several boards including the Morristown Community Soup Kitchen. And although Beth explored many local options in which to tutor, she decided to become certifiably trained with AList Education, New York City.

Why UnLeash?

Although Beth has worked from home at her kitchen table for the last several years, she had never decided on a business name. With her students' encouragement, especially her son, a recent Business graduate and Division I lacrosse player from Furman University, she landed upon the name UnLeash.

Yes, Beth has and will have "unleashed" the potential from even the most hesitant of students, but she has also done so in the warm company of her two beloved black labradors.

Not only do students seem to welcome the support of labs at their feet, but they also seem to smile more readily - even when tackling the most difficult of subject matters.
